Responsibility, respect, integrity and confidence are among the traits that can help a young person on the road to success. Sports have been traditional vehicles for teaching such values in an engaging way. One sport in particular not only teaches positive life lessons, but also depends on an adherence to them for its very existence. That sport is golf.
The First Tee of Phoenix was created to positively impact the lives of Maricopa County's young people by teaching life skills and character education through the game of golf. The goal of the organization is to provide the golf-learning facilities and experience that will enable youth from every walk of life to partake of a most enjoyable game - one that teaches values for life and which can be played for a lifetime.

THE KLOENNE CUP The Kloenne Cup is here! This is a Ryder Cup-style event where two 12 person teams representing our two programming sites, South Mountain and Desert Mirage duel it out over two days of play.
For the last 2 years South Mountain has won the Cup. Who will be this year's champion? Come out and support your team!

TINY TEEZ FALL dates are here! A program specially designed for youth ages 3-5 with an interest in golf. Particpants will develop a love for the game through fun games and activities. The program is free but you must sign up in advance. Check it out!
