With an emphasis on golf behavior, the FUNdamental Golf Program encourages young people to develop into polite, respectful, confident, productive and contributing members of our society. This program is designed to protect the integrity of golf by focusing on how to play the game as it was originally intended, not just improvement of one's golfing skills. 

Graduating participants will be issued a card identifying them as a FUNdamental Golf Program graduate, which entitles them to the incentives offered by participating facilities. Information outlining all the participating courses, schedules and incentives that are offered will be available on the SWSPGA website.

The FUNdamental Golf Program certification will be valid from January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.  Recertification will be required on a yearly basis and the program will be updated to best fill the needs of the certification purpose.
